ok this stuff is NASTY! its related to tumbleweed - doesn’t that say it all?
I like to think I’m a pretty good cook, not quite masterchef..but no-one has died! I’m known for my curries, and have even cooked a hyderabadi biryani for the indian guys at work and got a thumbs up!
but quinoa – what to do about quinoa? the porridge is awful – today I put too much stevia in it which didn’t help, it had that nasty sweetener after taste that you get
I’ve tried making it into pancakes with egg whites but it just sticks to the pan – I can whack out a batch of beautiful crepes with no bother at all…I can whip up a batch of egg white pancakes made with just protein powder…using the same pan…
but something about quinoa just ruins it
chicken and broccoli behave the same way all the time, you know where you are with chicken and broccoli – but quinoa? hmm…looks like this is going to be the toughest part of the diet!
