yes ‘fraid so – only 1 week in I’ve already cheated on my diet – don’t tell Melita, she’d have my hide! I’m feeling very guilty!
dairy foods are banned, but I couldn’t resist a bowl of greek yoghurt and blueberries last night – well you try eating nothing but cold chicken, green salad and broccoli for a week and the quinoa – eewugh!
I know its not an awful cheat, its not like I went and got pizza or maccas or something like that! but a cheat is a cheat – bad move. I cannot get into the habit of doing this or I’ll ruin all my hard work.
I’m going to have to discuss the option of a treat meal next time I see Melita, but I’d better get my act together and lose some weight next week
