aaahh….sleeep!

what a fickle ethereal thing sleep is…2 weeks ago I was desperate for ANY kind of sleep, lack of it was really affecting me in every way and now..well, if it was an Olympic sport, I’d be a gold medal contender thats for sure..and I still want MORE!

On Sunday I went to bed at 5pm cos I was so tired, then I woke up 2 hours later just to eat, then straight back to bed and I slept right through until my alarm woke me at 5:15 – I NEVER sleep until my alarm wakes me!

what gives? whats changed? was I stressing about the competition because I didn’t feel ready and now I do? if anything this next couple of weeks is going to be more stressful – there’s so much to think about and organise!

It can’t have been lack of food – because I’m on less now than 2 weeks ago, just having had my carbs cut – maybe its because of the cardio and my body is just plain knackered?

whatever it is, I’m not going to question it – I’m enjoying it while it lasts! :-)
